How we work with households
Every engagement at Vellum follows the same underlying logic: understand the household's situation first, work through what exists carefully and without rush, and leave the family with something tangible and usable at the end. We do not start with a standard template and try to fit your home into it — we start with a conversation.
Our work is organizational and educational only. We do not advise on decisions, interpret legal documents, or act in any professional capacity. Where the work reveals a need for formal guidance — from a notary, a lawyer, a financial adviser, or a government office — we say so clearly and can suggest where to turn.
